Should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order before we despatch it please contact us as soon as possible so we can stop the despatch of your order and arrange a refund.

If however you wish to cancel your order after it has been despatched or in deed after you have received it contact us and we will arrange for the carrier to collect the order and return it to us, there is a 30 day cooling off period allowed for this, however a relatively small collection charge of £36 will be applied and deducted from the refund, any request for collection outside this period will be considered on an individual case by case bases.
Items returned that pass inspection and are received in their original condition and packaging will be accepted for exchange or refund. In most cases, the carriage cost will be the responsible of the customer and the actual carriage charged for delivery and collection will be deducted from any refund..
Where items received are found to be faulty, the customer should contact Yardmaster as soon as the fault is discovered. Faults will not be accepted if the customer has had the item for in excess of one year before the perceived fault is discovered. Yardmaster will cover the original delivery cost and the cost of the return for the product in a case of an agreed manufacturing error.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
